Documents Required with Application
The following items will be required with your loan application
( A ) - Owner-Occupied Home Loan, Investment Loans,
Loans for Vacant Residential Land
- signed contract of sale
- a receipt for the deposit paid
- verification of your income – such as a pay advice, group certificate,
taxation return for self-employed persons, or financial statements for the
previous 2 years (minimum)
- evidence of savings – such as savings passbook, bank statements,
investment certificates etc.
- acceptable identification (as required by Federal Government
legislation) For individuals the identification requirements can be
satisfied by the following documents: Driver's Licence, Credit Card,
Electricity or Gas Bill, Rates Notice, Medicare Card, Tax Assessment Notice.
Only two of these documents are required if you also have the following:
Birth Certificate, Citizenship Certificate, Passport. Some other documents
which help establish your identity may also be accepted. For incorporated
entities identification may include a Certificate of Incorporation and
individual identification of all Directors as outlined above.
( B ) - Loans for Home Construction (all items listed for A – plus)
- a copy of the Plan
- satisfactorily completed specifications
- a quote for construction/copy of building contract
( C ) - Loans involving Refinancing, Debt Consolidation, Home Equity Loans
- last receipted Rates Notice
- home insurance schedule
- minimum of last 6 months statement of any accounts being paid out
- verification of income (as listed in A)
- Acceptable identification (as listed in A)
( D ) - Low Doc

Where financials are not available, borrowers
must state their income from all sources. Based on this stated income a
normal servicing criteria must be met. A statement attesting to income and
affordability ( standard form provided ) is to be submitted with the initial
application.
